Delivery availability

Checkout confirms whether an address can be served and shows any applicable shipping charge. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate destination.

Two timing stages

We generally need about 1–2 business days to prepare an order after payment is successfully authorized. Carrier travel begins after dispatch and is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and neither estimate is a guaranteed arrival date.

Updates and exceptions

Carrier scans may take time to appear. For delay, loss, a delivered-but-missing parcel, or shipping damage, write to bafuzoxi23@gmail.com and include the order number, checkout email, tracking information, and supporting images when useful.

Corrections

Tell us about an address error as soon as possible. Fulfillment or carrier handoff can prevent a requested correction.
