What is the order timeline?

Successful payment authorization is followed by about 1–2 business days of processing. Dispatch is followed by an estimated 4–6 business days of transit.

Are change-of-mind returns accepted?

Yes, when the non-defective item is new, unused, and otherwise eligible. Defective items and exchanges are also accepted. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Do I pay a return or restocking charge?

The package includes a free prepaid return label, and we do not assess a restocking fee. Obtain authorization and follow the supplied mailing directions.

How quickly is a refund initiated?

After approval, the original-method refund is processed and initiated within 10 days. Bank or provider posting can take additional time.
