Refund Policy

What may be returned

Returns are available for defective and non-defective new goods, and exchanges are available. Non-defective goods must remain new, unused, complete, and in original packaging with tags and accessories.

Requesting review

Contact bafuzoxi23@gmail.com no later than 30 calendar days after the item is delivered. Send the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photo or video evidence when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Mail procedure and costs

Returns are completed by mail after authorization. The package contains a free prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. We confirm the proper return address and steps after approval rather than treating the General mailing address as a return warehouse.

Replacement or original-method refund

An exchange is subject to review and stock. Once a refund is approved, we process and initiate the original-method refund within 10 days; the bank or payment provider may require further posting time.

Rights preserved

Applicable statutory and consumer rights remain available where they cannot legally be limited.
